At The Frankie Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
